Returns and Exchanges Policy

Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction At Rocker Rags, we want you to love your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your item, we’re here to help make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  • “Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.”

  • “Products should be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.”

  • “Custom or personalised items (such as specially embroidered garments) are non-returnable unless defective.”

2. Initiating a Return or Exchange:

  • “To start a return or exchange, please contact our team at info@rockerrags.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions and a return address.”

  • “Please include the original packing slip or a note with your name, order number, and reason for return in your package.”

3. Return Shipping Costs:

  • “Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package arrives safely.”

4. Refunds:

  • “Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.”

  • “Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be applied to your original method of payment.”

5. Exchanges:

  • “Need a different size or style? We offer exchanges for eligible items. If the desired replacement is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.”

  • “To ensure you get the item you want as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.”

6. Defective or Damaged Items:

  • “If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us at info@rockerrags.co.uk within 7 days of receipt. Include photos of the issue for quicker resolution. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.”

7. Non-Returnable Items:

  • “The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

    • Custom or personalised items.

    • Gift cards.

    • Items marked as ‘final sale.’”*
